We ordered a dolly along with our rental, but it was not provided when we picked up the truck. Since this is a no-agent location, there was no one available to help us or provide a replacement. Imagine trying to move a king-size mattress from a second-floor apartment to a truck parked on the street without a dolly—it was extremely difficult to do by ourselves. Additionally, the location was somewhat difficult to find, and the entrance/exit gate is quite narrow, barely allowing the truck to get in and out. I would not recommend this location.

Took an hour to get my rental because app wasn’t working and equipment that I asked for and rented wasn’t in U-Haul. Had to drive 17 minutes to get it myself.
Alec CThe vehicle had no gas in the tank, it was completely empty. The fuel light was on. I filled the tank which was a mistake because I barely used any gas. I thought when a vehicle is returned it should have a half tank or more. I spent $150 which I regret.
Jim GDid not know this was a self service lot. Iar did come help me with checking out a van. The street address 132 is a resident next door.
Rei MTell the customer about the self check-in process of taking pictures ahead of time…. Accessing the key took a while too because it would not work for me the first five times. And letting them know about the lengthy drop off process(because of the taking pictures again)…. Otherwise now that I know all that it will be easier next time
