ANDREW PThe attendant was very defensive since I didn’t know I had to check-in through the app. They also charged me 4 gallons of gas when I refill it for the amount I used on the 20-mile drive.
ANA EAll was great! Easy check in and return all through the app! I only had to call customer service because I was at the part of taking pictures of the uhual truck at pick up and I pressed back on accident and it exited out of the whole thing and I couldn’t get back to the part to take pictures. I called customer service and they answered in 1 min and she was able to send me the link right away. I would recommend this place! we reserved from 7:30am-10:30am. We didn’t leave the actual lot until 8am.. it was $35 for the whole rental since our move wasn’t that far away from each other in San Bruno
