My experience was unequivocally terrible. When I made the reservation, I specifically picked to check out the truck from an individual in person, and not download the app. When I got there, there were no attendants or staff members there. The system had me call a U-Haul representative, who said that I needed to download the app. The app was very glitchy, made me fill out paperwork and processes multiple times, because it did not properly save the data. I also got improperly charged (I had ordered a dolly rental, and no dolly was provided). When I contested the bill, I got charged for the dolly anyway. I will NOT be using U-Haul services again.

I had a horrible experience with this pick up. I was sent to two different places. It took an hour to access the vehicle. This is the last time I’ll ever use UHAUL
Raven HWe ordered a dolly along with our rental, but it was not provided when we picked up the truck. Since this is a no-agent location, there was no one available to help us or provide a replacement. Imagine trying to move a king-size mattress from a second-floor apartment to a truck parked on the street without a dolly—it was extremely difficult to do by ourselves. Additionally, the location was somewhat difficult to find, and the entrance/exit gate is quite narrow, barely allowing the truck to get in and out. I would not recommend this location.
CHANG DTook an hour to get my rental because app wasn’t working and equipment that I asked for and rented wasn’t in U-Haul. Had to drive 17 minutes to get it myself.
Alec CThe vehicle had no gas in the tank, it was completely empty. The fuel light was on. I filled the tank which was a mistake because I barely used any gas. I thought when a vehicle is returned it should have a half tank or more. I spent $150 which I regret.
