There should always be at least one person in the office at all times. A group of people had to wait in the parking lot while the counter person was eating her lunch in the back of the office. I knocked on all doors, but was completely ignored. She finally unlocked the front door at 1:00 and said she was on her lunch break. She was very rude and did not seem to care that we were all waiting on her. The customer should always be the priority, not your lunch break.
