The only issue was that there was no staff on site. I had to call for help turning in the U-Haul. The guy on the phone was kind and helpful.

Kristan AThis location is pitch black dark at night and is also out in the middle of nowhere outside of city limits. It was very scary to return at night alone. Also, I had a hard time taking photos when on the app to turn the vehicle in. Lastly, the truck had a front tire that had no thread on the outer part of the tire. That is unsafe and a liability.
