How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis was a really good experience! I booked a moving van last minute (the day before), and while the location itself was a little tricky to find at first, once we called/found it we had zero issues. I’ll probably rent from here next time I move too! Moving is stressful, but this van rental was simple and really great. :)
Allison VMade me wait 45 minutes before even showing up to pick up truck, no parking, overcharged for gas and was unpleasant.

Sonya MI only drove the truck 11 miles put 2 gallons of gas in it and got charged $24.95 for gas fee plus was charged $15 optional fee for safe move coverage that I didn't want or was even asked about. No place to park truck on return had to drive around block several times adding to milage. This is dishonest U-Haul stay away!
