I am terribly upset with the service at the beginning, the mistaken attempt at a cash grab and finally the cash grab at the end upon returning the truck. It took an hour for the office personnel to get the truck through the system (said site was down) and I prebooked..and had all the info for them. Second the person tried to charge me $247.00 right off the hub for the truck...even after I told him I was going 80km max in total 35km each way... then he pretended he made an error. Third..upon returning the vehicle.. 83km driven I put in $25 which put it past the level I grabbed the truck at.... Later find out the office charged me $41.76 for fuel on my invoice. This Beechgrove Scarborough location is a scam office and will never use them again. I urge you to reimburse me the fuel charge ...that was totally unacceptable. I will wait a week for a refund... I do expect to be contacted and reimbursed before the week is out...

AHMED MI feel there was something wrong with the electrical. Had a default showing up on the truck after I left pickup location. Had to cut my use of the trailer due to right signal not working and wrong brake light .
JEFFREY STruck itself is in good working condition, however the cargo part of the truck needs attention
