I got stuck waiting for my documents to get verified on the UHaul website when I picked up my vehicle. Luckily, the staff at the rental location just processed it for me. Later on, when I was about to leave the lot, he flagged me down because I had not completed my emergency contact information. The staff was helpful. The UHaul website experience seems like a good idea for picking up the vehicle so you don't have to interact with any humans, but I think it has a lot of issues. I had submitted all my information twice initially and I still had trouble completing the pickup process online. Also, I remember declining the collision damage insurance but I still got charged.
