Pick up location was quick and easy to do. Paperwork just took a few minutes and the people were very friendly.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWorst experience ever I’ll definitely be using Penske going forward.
Demetrius WThe counter person ellie was great she explain everything well
Luis vWe were happy with our experience with UHaul until we were told to fill the tank to 3/4 full at the end of the day. It's impossible to not fill the tank all the way because the gauge is on a delay. We felt conned after that. We spent way more money on gas than we needed to, after already payin 1.39 per mile. Would I use UHaul again? I will probably try Enterprise instead because we left feeling conned for gas. A much better policy is to start with the tank full and fill it up at the end of the day.
