It took them an hour to check me out. The back of the uhaul was filthy had to sweep it out. I ordered a dolly to move boxes it wasn't in the uhaul noticed when when we got to the location. I called them they brought me a furniture dolly not what I paid for as I wasn't moving furniture I needed a regular dolly. The brakes took everything I had to get it to stop. I have bad legs from vascular surgeries so it has put me in bed for 2 days. The uhaul rode so rough didn't know if it was going to break down or fall apart. I need another uhaul this weekend so I'm looking at a different company like Budget etc.. My experience with this uhaul was horrible from the start. The man didn't know what he was doing. Your company needs to do maintenance on your trucks. If I could of gave 0 stars for horrible I would of.

I did not rent a 15 footer. When I arrived to pickup location their was only a 10 footer available and I used the 10 foot uhaul
