Agent was professional and nice. The truck smelled of cat urine in the cab. Disgusting!! The engine has a bad exhaust gasket leak or is about to blow. The driver seat was not adjustable. Once I grabbed the seat lever. I got great or something on my fingers. Frustrating!!!! Luckily I was only intown traveling about 10 miles and in a hurry. This chevy is trash. Do better!!

We picked up the truck with little issue. But the equipment which I ordered WEEKSSSSS prior to pickup was not available. Like in what world is that acceptable? This experience has made me sure I'll never use U-haul again, and I'll make sure that all of my friends, colleagues, and family never use U-haul.
