Put the appropriate rental equipment in the vehicle. I rented (and paid for) the appliance dolly but there was NO dolly in the truck and when we went to ask the business owner all they had was the standard hand truck, which was $7...I paid $10 for the other but only got the hand truck and had to ask for it.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe app to drop off equipment is not user friendly and difficult to move through without calling to assist with drop off. Attendant at facility did not work for U-Haul therefore was not able to help with drop off. Possibly some training at the location to assist with equipment drop off would be advisable.
