The truck was very dirty at the time of pickup—both the exterior and the interior.

Erik OWe had to travel 15 miles in the wrong direction to return the truck. so 30 miles total, which fortunately did not put us over the mileage limit. We did an after hours return and had difficulty finding the key box drop off, but we did receive email messages from them promptly clearing our account. Forced choice questions without an option of not applicable are not good options when you are doing an after hours drop off.
Sandra HThe location is fantastic especially want to give credit to the person at the front desk who did everything to make the process go smoothly. One item I would change is the Ford Transit van itself, too much of a nauseating driving sensation much prefer the chevy/gmc vans.
