Tell us in advance of pickup that we need to have the U-Haul app installed on our phone. I had requested "in person" instead of "app" on the U-Haul reservation, yet still had to download and install and use the U-Haul app once I arrived to pickup the truck. It would have been helpful and time-saving to know that the app is required.
