The process was simple. The agent was professional and courteous. The vehicle met my needs and was clean for the age and 116,000 miles. Tires could use balanced as the ride was a little bumpy at 40mph. But an overall very good experience.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe two people that checked me out were very nice and helpful. Everything was ready to go when I arrived.
SCOTT SThey did not have me in their system for a drop off but was able to look it up with my reservation number. Plenty of room to park the truck.

Douglas BFailed to record the drop off. I had to do it through the app the next morning
