Update the website uhaul open location and availability. I made a reservation before this one, at a different location. That was closed but the uhaul website had it listed as an open location.

Joe S.At this location, I see nothing more that you need to do to achieve complete customer satisfaction. The person that assisted me with my rental went out of her way to be helpful and I must say the weather conditions were most difficult at the time but it did not deter her from assisting me in a timely manner. It is employs such as her that will keep customers coming back. Thank you very much and additional comment around the equipment is the trailer tongue weight is too heavy to lift off the hitch without the assistance of a jack making it impossible for a single individual to drop it off at a location at night unassisted, I recommend the company considers, installing it tongue jacks on the equipment.
