Upon turning the trailer in I was told by staff where to park it and a member came out to assist on where it was going. After that I was told all good. I asked about ppwk and was told none needed to be filled out. I asked about getting it checked in. Was told they would do that shortly. Turned in at 8am. At 6pm still hadn’t received anything showing receipt like past rentals. Log on to see it still is marked out. Had to call customer service who showed it was past due and was still out. Luckily I had taken pics prior to leaving and customer service had me use the time stamp to show it was returned. Had I not done this who knows if I would have had mystery charges for being late or it shows it never made it. I won’t use this location again for any sort of business. Customers support was very helpful.
