Great customer service. Exactly what I needed
NIkk RI had to drive all the way here from Post Falls, ID to drop a trailer off which was an hour drive round trip. Ridiculous that I could not drop it closer.
Matthew SThe People were very nice. Friendly, the check-in process was very good. Unfortunately, the truck was very dirty inside and out. The interior looked like it had not been cleaned for quite some time. The exterior was filthy, covered with bugs, and the windshield was so dirty I had to climb onto the hood to scrub it. The Truck's warning light came on and off repeatedly, indicating a problem with traction control. I had made sure tow haul mode was off.
RONALD SA previous renter left feces on the ramp, my dad didn't watch his step and tracked it into the cargo bay. It took a while to clean.
