Kimberley oTruck was returned just before I took possession. Bug splat all over it. Had to use a mallet style hammer to disengage the latch for the ramp. Otherwise the process was efficient. I was thankful to get a truck and trailer a day early as the weather was going to turn bad. Overall I was disappointed in the uhaul app and phone service as they promised things that didn't get into the "contract", extra miles were to be added for the inconvenience of getting the truck / trailer at a location not even close to my storage. I was expecting to get the truck in the Cheney area but had to go back and forth to downtown as I had to pick up a trailer at a different location once the truck was loaded and go back out to Cheney. It took extra time and gas to accomplish my task. Moving is hard enough without the inconvenience.
