I was supposed to be able to pick up my truck at 11 AM. It took until 12 PM to actually have it ready for me and to receive the keys. There was no appliance dolly in it that was reserved on the reservation and no appliance dolly available at the location that I picked the truck up. I had to drive 8 miles to a different location to pick up the appliance dolly. The person behind the counter could not have been any less helpful if she tried. I would recommend this place to nobody and make sure that anybody I was talking to didn’t go to this location.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkBunch of meth heads hanging around the gas station, not enough room to take pictures of the truck without stepping in to traffic, no reserved dolly, truck was dirty inside with half eaten food and dirt.
Stacy GCobwebs on both mirrors. Windshield dirty and covered in dirt/dust. Truck bed had garbage left from prior rental. Truck that was reserved was blocked in and we had to wait for the site staff to find the person that had blocked the truck with their personal vehicle. Furniture pads that were reserved and paid for with reservation were not with truck. Site staff were unable to help and did not have pads. All in all a poor experience.
Joshua SThe rental process overall went pretty smoothly. However, even though the location is staffed, they make you do mobile check-in – so I didn’t get the impression they would’ve been able to help me with any reservation issues or questions. The location itself is a somewhat remote and dilapidated gas station that I’m not sure I’d feel comfortable leaving my car for a while. But like I say, overall my reservation went fine.
Samuel HThe gas station attendant was very friendly and Emma on the phone in Spokane Valley was very helpful. However, there were a lot of technical issues with Uhaul that day and it took me almost an hour to get the keys and be on my way. In addition I was overcharged by about $25 and transaction was put on the wrong cc. All in all a big hassle. Trying to gauge how much gas has been used is ridiculous. Starting and returning with a full tank makes more sense. Lastly, it appears that the truck got about 5 miles to the gallon even with an empty truck.
