I was promised a later time by U-Haul customer service. I ended up having to drop truck off earlier than expected/told. The U-Haul 24/7 customer service number provided terrible service.

They were awesome! They came out and greeted me in my truck then unhooked everything. I didn’t even have to leave my truck.

Celso RI rented the trailer for 2 days planning on returning it Sunday @ 2:00. I was told that I could call an after hours phone number for access. Turns out I drove 4 hours back w the trailer to make it by the scheduled time and called the number given me only to be told the facility would not accept the trailer. I had to take it home with me and return it at 8:00 Monday morning, make me 2 hours late for work. This was VERY frustrating and I will never rent from this facility again… even if it was free!
Tony FDefinitely do the online check-in on your drop off. They took a long time to check my trailer in.
