I was charged extra for the gas. I’ve used U-Haul before, but it’s never charged me extra after charging me for the distance that I drove and I even tried to fill gas, but it didn’t get filled. We tried filling it 12 times and I have the record in the bank of the amount of times I try to pay for it, but it didn’t let me refill

Akashdeep SI really appreciated how quickly and kindly everything was handled.
Seungyoung LI was overcharged. I will be disputing this charge. The gauge should be calibrated. For 17 miles of driving, I put about 7 litres of gas,
Jasmehr BConvenient location, open late (and on a stat holiday) and the family running the service was friendly. Issue was the parking was very tight and me not used to driving a large vehicle without rear view or rear camera. Just to be blunt you are driving a boat on land with no modern car amenities for safety. The cost was very reasonable.
