The truck was on empty and filthy. One of the nastiest trucks I've rented through U-Haul.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe phone application for the drop off needs to indicate there is no access to the property and that we must use street side parking
DAKOTA WThey made me back up my truck all the way to where the trailer was, they didn’t connect the trailer to my truck and I asked them if they were going to do the walk around the trailer to check for damages before I take it and the guy said that’s why I got insurance. When I dropped it off the guy made me back up the trailer in a tight spot and also did not help to unhook it from my truck. He did not check trailer for damage. I know they have dolly to move the trailer around I don’t understand why they had me back up the trailer in a tight spot when they could easily move the trailer around with the dolly.
JOSE MConvenient location, but a little tight, and when there’s only one person working the main autoshop, you just need to have patience to wait as he attempts his main business…which was t an issue for me at the time.
