There was no one at the U-Haul rental counter, they didn't want to come into the store and wanted to conduct everything via cell phone in an area that had very poor connection. The moving blankets and other equipment were strewn about outside in the elements looking more like a pile of trash than equipment you would use to wrap valuable furniture to move. When the attendant finally did show up some 25 minutes later, we were able to obtain the truck only to discover while driving it that the brakes clearly needed to be worked on. This location is a disgrace. It should be shut down.
