I did not receive any help with the physical Rental. I waited an hour after informing them I needed a rental truck moved for access to the trailer I rented. Furthermore, I was asked to move the truck myself. Zero assistance in hooking up trailer to my vehicle.

We were not even able to use the truck half the time due to a loud scraping sound from pipes hanging off of it. It was ridiculous.
