The trailer was not sealed. We drove through thunderstorms and all of our items were wet when we arrived.

The location and customer service from personnel was excellent. The site being doing and being unable to manually checkin or take payment was highly inconvenient. The web applications and site need to be fixed or other methods of checkin need to be provided.
Kristin MOrdered a furniture dolly with the trailer but did not get it . Really could have used it. Made my move a lot harder then what it should have been
JOSEPH LThe quality of this van was questionable. While showing relatively few miles, it appeared to have some hard driving done to it. It was rattly and noisy on startup and doors had to be slammed hard to close properly. Maybe think about adding USB charging ports to future models.
Vincent MEverything was great. Very friendly. I would recommend possibly more instructions on usage. My husband was knowledgeable but if he had not been with me, I would have struggled with using the trailer.
