Stephanie PGreat Owl Self Storage U-Haul pick up location was excellent! Brian helped me work through picking up a truck after business hours. While the corporate U-Haul experience was horrible (U-Haul corporate changed my original rental equipment size and LOCATION of the pick up FOUR times which was chaotic while in the middle of a move), Brian made up for it by solving a pick up time and location issue. Thank you Brian and Great Owl Self Storage fur great customer service!
THOMAS WI was unaware that if I parked my car behind the gate that it would be closed when I returned with the U-Haul. Not sure if I am going to get towed or not but it would have been nice to know to not park there. Otherwise I had a great experience.
