How U-Haul Reviews Workwhen ordering our truck, service was great. When picking up, service was terrible. took forever because she did not know what she was doing. we had arranged for a drop off in Port Orange NOT Daytona which added more miles which cost me an extra 42 dollars. did not get our $30 discount. at first she told me we did not have a reservation then she found it, then she could not find the truck then finally found it, then she did not tell me we were going to get a text before we left the parking lot to take picture of the all sides. we had to stop and do that. we were late starting. I will never use this location again. Charged me way too much for the truck. not what I was quoted. added all kinds of fees. would like to talk to a manager or the person that took our reservation. Sunday help is not good.
