the drop off location was a field that was all muddy as it had rained the night before. the gentlemen there was very nice and helpful but obviously he can do nothing about the mud.

A mud pit with a tent and no people. No key drop off.
John BWe dropped off here after hours. There’s no paved lot so the location was muddy. It’s also not in a transit-friendly area. Checkout process was simple. Not awful overall but not great either.
