Our U-Haul was not only not ready for 1 hour, but all my information was wrong claiming someone else was attached to my reservation #. Once we were given a truck, there was no dolly available. To matters worse the engine wouldn’t start, leaving me to wait 90 minutes for roadside assistance. After the truck was fixed a random women argued with me saying I needed to return the vehicle in 30 minutes and refused to adjust the timing. I was charged an extra 20$ even though this was on U-Haul and had to waste another 2 days to get a reimbursement of some kind. Do better.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience at this location. When I went into the store I was told that he had now idea about the Uhaul and I would have to call them if I wanted any information. I originally had booked down the street but unfortunately their truck was not available as when it was returned the dey was broken and they were waiting for the arrival of a replacement. I was then transferred to this location. But kudos to the lady at the original location as I went back their and she was so helpful it was unbelievable. She did everything she could to help and even though I got my truck and I was very frustrated she made it so much easier to accept. Only if they were all this helpful.
Errol CIt was a little tricky to find the place at first since it’s located inside a pizzeria, but once I found it, everything was great. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!
