Service clear and professional

Tinarsha BI was very disappointed in this team. They did not let me know that filling up the gas tank of the truck was not necessary. It was empty upon pickup so I filled it. I expected to be refunded for filling up the tank since it was not a part of the contract and they declined. Exercising their services again. U-Haul needs to communicate expectations better. Filling up cost Mr 100$ I won’t get back. Now someone else gets free gas. So disappointed.
