Huge shout out to Joseph for ensuring that my drop off for the car hitch was done safely while he supervised my car detach! Thank you for going over and beyond and welcoming me to the next chapter in my life in CA!!! I appreciated your attention and fast follow up email to confirm my truck was returned in your system! All across your system in person and over the phone you have an excellent team at every point of contact! Even my hired moving help was no exception!!!!!

RONALD HHours on the website did not match location hours also when asked employee what time they closed he quoted 4:30 PM and we arrived at 4:10 PM and they were closed
Mark Flocation was upkept, bullet holes in the entry door, representative not clear on what was needed for rental and wasn’t as helpful as other locations. The business didn’t feel safe and was unprofessional!
