I was told I reserved a 10' truck. I ended up with a 15' truck because the guy forgot to have one moved. So I paid more than I was originally told. This, after getting a 26' truck that broke down less than 10 minutes after picking it up. ( Which was SUPPOSED to be a 10' ) Overall, a bad experience.
