We were just surprised that everything was self serve. We were not aware that no one would be at the office to help. Overall, we are very satisfied with our rental, pick up and drop off.

Benjamin Vtruck was making weird noises, stuff i sheets and other items I ordered where not in the truck. The location team didn’t want to reimburse me, I had to call the 1-800 line, at this point an excellent service was provided
David RThe location doesn't have employees working to facilitate the pickup or drop-off. I purposely did not pick this location and the night before, this is exactly where it had me pickup my rental. The reservation did not ha e a trailer # on it so I picked one up hoping it was the right one.
