Location is in a wooded area with a weak mobile device signal. Called the number associated with the U-Haul rental and the lady was unkind and difficult to speak with. Due to the weak signal the pickup option stayed in the pending review process. I called for guidance with the pending status and was rudely told that she couldn’t help and then asked me do I owe U-haul money “excuse me….but what”. After that she then told me to drive out the drive way to get a stronger signal. After driving out of the driveway the pickup process worked. Returning the truck was easy but scary. Like I said this rental place was located in a wooded area. We rented the truck at 7pm and returned it at 9:30pm. There was little to no outside lighting…. It reminded me of a scary movie. We were absolutely terrified out in the woods snapping the required photos for returning the truck. The only lighting we had were our mobile phones.

FRED GVehicle has less almost an 1/8 of a tank when I picked it up. I also spent 40 mins trying to use the app but where the property is located, it has bad reception. I kept trying to upload pictures of the condition of the truck and it was not allowing me. It was not until I contacted the owner of the property, that he told me I actually have to go up the road and then I will have internet access. I wish it would have been a little easier, it was very stressful.
