I often get anxiety with doing tasks like today’s. (Returning uhaul). For me, it’s like going in blind with no direction, but Shanelle was so patient & kind!!!! Her personality was very energetic, bright & contagious. I had a rough time moving into my apartment & couldn’t be happier with dropping off uhaul at this location because of her!!! She’s precious cargo, she deserves a raise! P.s. I never leave reviews but she made a big impact in my day today. Thank you Shanelle!

Scott CThere is know place to put a 26 ft truck I came in on Sunday, and they were closed , they have a very small parking lot and no gate code to get through there gate. Nobody on site. Horrible situation to be in.
