You all changed my pick up location without notifying me properly, requiring me to drive 30 minutes out of my way to this location. That required me to drive an extra hour out of my way round-trip, for this trailer. Disgraceful, unacceptable and infuriating. While I have no issue with the pick up location, I take Great issue with Uhaul‘s rerouting without proper notification. I drove past umpteen locations on the way down to Auburn that I could have picked up a trailer at, instead of getting almost to Auburn and having to go 30 minutes at beyond I cannot tell you how dissatisfy and upset I am with this. The explanation given to me by the originally arranged location was that they had two trailers down for maintenance.
