The u-haul vehicle given to me was very bad, break was not properly applying, too much of vibration and wobbling in the truck. It was very bad to drive and very scary to drive due to bad breaks. Overall I rate 0 for the vehicle and vehicle condition

karla tThis business went above and beyond! The U-Haul website was having issues loading, they made a call and got the transaction completed quickly. I purchased a ball hitch to tow a trailer, when I tried to install it on my truck, I found that the pin holes on my truck did not fit the hitch pin. Being a repair shop had the perfect tool to help us! They made the pin hole slightly larger which then accommodated the pin perfectly. A couple minutes later we were in our way! Thank you for you help!
Pamela GI originally reserved at another location. I received a call from a u-haul agent asking to move my reservation to another location that was farther away by a few miles. Despite receiving a reduced mile rate, I regret my decision. It was a tire shop and despite reserving 12 moving pad, they only had 6. It was not a pleasant experience.
