It was fine…. Drop off was after hours. Website needs updated though. Out of 6 drop off sites in Van Wert, only 1 is still open , others are permanently closed.

Make no's on this location because they were closed. I had no in person interactions. I would recommend this location thru the week. But not being open on Sat afternoons or Sundays was th issue.
sarah pThere was trash in the cab. Then I was charged $100 more than quoted. I was told this place was the cheapest around for U-Haul’s but definitely were not!

RICKIE Khad to wait on hold for 2 hr to get in the lock box just to find there was no key. then had another hour in tracking someone down to get us a key . 3 hours after planned pick up time. very disappointed
