Sherri LI went to pick up the truck at the scheduled time, and the person who could rent me the vehicle wasn't there. I had to come back one hour later to pick it up. I had talked to a representative on the phone and it was made clear that the vehicle was being picked up in vilna, and being dropped off in smoky lake. When I went to return it in smoky lake, they said the contract stated it was to be returned in Andrew. They sorted that out, but their terminal was not working and could not give me my deposit back on my credit card and could only give me cash. 30 minutes later I was finally able to leave. I had people waiting in the car this whole time which was a real inconvenience for them. I was very disappointed with the level of service. Oh, and when I finally was able to pick up the truck, the windshield was covered in ice with no snow brush in the vehicle. It was from Arizona as well, and did not have winter tires....not safe whatsoever.
