The app did not give me a code for the lock on the back of the truck. I had to sit for 3 hours waiting for somone to get there to unlock the truck for me. The tire had a visable whole in the side of it, obviously wasn't inspected when it was returned there previously (the truck was clearly out of alignment because it didn't steer straight, becauseof this the truck wouldn't allow me to use the cruise control on my five hour drive home). I had to wait for four hours for somone to come and switch out the tire. This put me a whole day behind and cost me a day of work. This was the most terrible experience I've had with a rental. If I could give uhaul zero stars I would. Its ridiculous how much I had to pay to have this kind of lack of professionalism from a business.
Gabriel WThe gentleman, Raymond Davis that owns the company that is renting U-Haul‘s was extremely rude. He argued with me the entire time I was helping elderly couple move so I had to get money from them and basically told me I needed $100 deposit so I went back to get more money when I got back he didn’t need that hundred dollars cause he just took the money for the rental out of the hundred that I left very shitty experience. I will never rent from them again. I’ve never had a problem like that renting U-Haul.

Marylyn SI don’t understand how I was charged for $20.25 for 3 gallons of gas when I only drove 12 miles. I was charged $15.00 for safe move that I didn’t ask for or was not aware that I was going to be charged for. Also, this is not the original location I chose and was told this is the only location that had a truck available that added miles to my bill. The gentleman was very slow at the check in and check out process. The front of the truck smelt like bad body odor. The truck was slow like it needed some type of maintenance done to it. I was not pleased with this U-Haul experience.
