I don’t understand how I was charged for $20.25 for 3 gallons of gas when I only drove 12 miles. I was charged $15.00 for safe move that I didn’t ask for or was not aware that I was going to be charged for. Also, this is not the original location I chose and was told this is the only location that had a truck available that added miles to my bill. The gentleman was very slow at the check in and check out process. The front of the truck smelt like bad body odor. The truck was slow like it needed some type of maintenance done to it. I was not pleased with this U-Haul experience.
