It was perfect, they attached the ball,and hooked everything up for me, checking the lights. This was the first time i ever pulled anything so they explained how to make sure everything is correctly attached when we stopped for gas, and safety. They took the extra time with me to make sure my trip home would be safe. Thank you to all of the people who helped me.

cynthia sI was VERY displeased with the customer service. Initially, Jake at 5th St., near Sonic, was very helpful. Then I was told I needed to pick up the truck at 100 East location, farther away. Then, I was told I could get $75 if I picked up the truck in Pacific - WTH. So, against that advice, I picked up my truck Sat 7/25AM at 100 East. Shawn was not a pleasant person to deal with considering I was a 70 yr. old lady dealing with the stress of moving.... No common courtesies of "Hi, how are you"..., no walking me out to the right truck, no reviewing items, no helping adjust the manual side mirrors, the requested disposable mattress bag was not included, and no "thank you and good luck with your move". I was VERY unhappy with this experience and will definitely use another service next time. Sandy
