Our U-Haul experience from beginning to end was excellent! From the great staff in Concord NH which we coordinated the truck and trailer reservation with, to purchasing assorted packing materials from them also, all at the Concord NH facility staff were great and had many great suggestions on packing etc! Dennis from the Weare U-Haul location was great also the morning we picked up the truck and trailer, he made sure all mirrors were adjusted, truck clean and explained all aspects of the truck and trailer combo, etc. We also had great experience with the call center in the reservation aspects of the rental, great friendly staff every time we called. The gentlemen at the Decatur Texas location was great also in returning the truck and trailer. One of the biggest benefits of the U-Haul experience was the awesome roadside service we received when we has a flat tire on the trailer in Texas in the middle of no where. The roadside service call center was great and hammered home safety first as we were trapped on the side of a busy highway. They had a roadside service tech (Hay Barn Automotive) onsite within 1 hour + and we were back on the road. We drove from New Hampshire to Texas over 4 days and 1855 or so miles. The overall costs of all backing materials, truck & trailer was much cheaper then all other shipping options, as we priced all options. Thanks to all at U-Haul and roadside service tech who made this long journey across the country enjoyable!!
