The worker told me she had only been there one month and had no idea how to do the U-Haul rental. She had to call someone at the store next door. Even that person wasn’t sure how to finish the process and asked me to do it on the app. Someone had to come over from the other store to help lift the trailer onto my vehicle and said they had no idea how to connect everything and would learn by watching me do it. Very disappointing as this location is the only one within a mile minutes of my house. Next time I’ll drive farther to the location that knows what they are doing. I can’t imagine what this would have been like if I were renting a truck.
