Don't promise a reservation in an area if you can't actually lock down a reservation in said area. Had to go to another state to get my rental and that cost me time and money. This company (U Haul) just lied to me about its product and then had the gall to continue charging me after it screwed me. Extremely frustrating. Nothing wrong with West Memphis Tire Shop--those guys were helpful and nice.
