At drop off the guy was eating lunch. Looked at my paperwork and told me he “didn’t have room for my 10 foot truck”. I had parked in a space along side the building where there was another truck parked 2 cars ahead of me. I asked him what I should do. He just kind of waved his hand at me. Found him quite rude

Brenda BThis location was listed as being open on Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. When we arrived at 5:30 PM, we found no one around anywhere. Of the two doors labeled as UHaul, one was obstructed by a pile of tires, and the other was locked tight. We had to do some detective work to figure out where to park the truck, and fortunately we were able to use the app to complete an “after hours” check in process. Luckily, there was a key drop box. I suggest the website be updated to reflect accurate hours for this location.
