The location was out of the way from where we were going. Once we arrived at the location, the online instructions for drop off were incorrect. I walked around the property for approximately 10 minutes looking for a orange uhaul drop box. I had to contact the property owner and he informed me where to leave the key. There was absolutely no signage and had I not contacted him I never would have found the mail drop slot in the door. THEN upon completing my online drop I received a prompt stating that I went 11 miles over and would be charged #1.00 per mile! I rented the uhaul for a 24 hour period for a set price. I did not choose the option that charged per mile. I returned the truck early (same day) and I also filled it up prior to drop off. The truck was not on full when I picked it up. If anything uhaul owes me money. As I previously stated, the drop off location was completely out of the way and that is not my fault. I never veered off course from Houston to West Point.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkJust about everything can be improved here. The only good thing I can say is that the regional manager responded quickly and reimbursed me what he could. Otherwise, I'm convinced the local employee never saw the van to say the least.
