Stephen KDidn’t have brake light cable, had to wait an hour and a half for someone to show up with one. Got a dumbass running the operation
Carlos PI reserved for a different location and was called the day before that the pickup location was changed. Upon arrival there it was a gas station with one person working. My pickup was at 9am. This person was attending to customers that come in. His internet was being worked on. The system was down and he had to call another location to help him and it took an hour and half before I could leave with the truck. The attendant didn’t even come look at the truck upon leaving or returning. It was poor service all around. I lost an hour and half of time which I had paid help standing around waiting. Felt I was over charged compared to what I was told in the app. Also when I got the truck it had 1/4 tank of gas. Poor service all around.
