We rented a truck and car hauler that we were supposed to pick up in Fargo and we were sent here 80 miles away instead. Then renting the truck and trailer took nearly an hour and they were charged separately instead of together so we overcharged $200 that we had call for our refund and we were also charged for an extra day which we supposed to get for free because of the change of location which we had to call a second time to get refunded and then we had to call a third time figure out where we supposed to drop the car hauler off because they didn't give us a location.
