The issue was the drop off location. I was to originally drop in Largo FLA. The day of my rental I received a text telling me to drop in Clearwater. I could not do that as I was dropping a vehicle in Largo and catching a flight immediately afterwards out of Tampa. I was instructed to call the Clearwater facility - which I did multiple times - no one returned my calls or made the change. I dropped off at the largo location and he was great - he helped me after calling several people. The Clearwater site still did not answer multiple phone calls from me that morning. Hhaul is not represented well by the Clearwater site and quite frankly - I will never rent from U-Haul again after this debacle. They should lose their franchise.

Did after hours drop off so didn't interact with anyone The app was glitching when I was going through the check in process. I would take the pic of the odometer for the first step then it went to the next step but then glitched back to the odometer first step. This happened a couple of times before it actually went through the whole process of checking the truck back in. I recommend fixing that issue.
Andrew PI was sent to a different location to get a none local trailer. The U-Haul dealer was very helpful. I was out of town and need a trailer for emergency. Thanks for the help.

Elizabeth CThis location/staff/truck were excellent. The U-Haul system however should have the truck pre stocked with the items I requested rather than making me drive to another location to get the dolly and blankets I preordered.
