The truck return area was around an extremely tight corner - made it hard to find the return location because I thought "there's no way this can be where they want me to bring the truck" until my wife got out, looked around and said "I think they actually want you to bring this huge truck around this tiny corner." No staff because the location was closed (this was around 4pm on a Saturday), there were homeless people yelling at each other about something in the parking lot. I couldn't wait to get the hell out of there

How U-Haul Reviews Workapp was confusing to use
Lisa BNo issue with location. My main issue is the contact methods of U-Haul. I booked in advanced for a different pickup location and I never received the confirmation call from a U-Haul rep. So the only reason I found out the location changed was when I called my self to see what was going on. I was skeptical the truck would even be there as in the past I reserved one size truck and they only could provide a much larger one.
Christopher DDwight was a fantastic help. Our first location ended up not having the truck we reserved available. Customer Service connected us with Wilmington Landscaping and Home Improvement. Dwight happened to be in the office an hour earlier and was able to assist in our back up reservation. He made sure we had everything we needed and that the truck was in satisfactory condition. He really made the process seemless for us.
